AAPB is pleased to announce an open call for presenters for our ongoing Virtual Education Series. We are seeking passionate experts, clinicians and researchers to share their insights, latest findings, and clinical innovations with our global community.

The goal of this series is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and clinical practice, fostering a deeper understanding of human self-regulation and the mind-body connection. All sessions are hosted on Zoom with full staff support.

Topics of Interest

We are looking for presentations (typically 60 or 90 minutes) covering a range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Applied Psychophysiology: Mechanisms of change and systemic perspectives
  • Biofeedback & Neurofeedback: New protocols, efficacy studies, and technological advancements
  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Clinical applications in mental health, sports performance, and chronic illness
  • Neuroscience: Translational research and brain-based interventions
  • Mind/Body Health: Integrative approaches to wellness and stress management
  • Clinical Applications: Case studies, population-specific interventions (ADHD, PTSD, Chronic Pain, etc.)
  • Original Research: Recent findings from laboratory or clinical settings

Why present?

Share your work with a dedicated audience of practitioners, researchers, and students to enhance your professional profile and promote your research or clinical practice. AAPB pays a stipend of $400 per presentation. Presenters will be provided with a recording of the session.

Submission requirements

If you are interested in presenting, please submit a brief proposal including:

1. Title of Presentation

2. Abstract (250–300 words)

3. 3-5 Learning Objectives

4. Speaker Bio and CV/Resume

5. Target Audience Level (Introductory, Intermediate, or Advanced)
